The Sarf Team planned a trip to Goa over this
extended weekend. But to our surprise, even at one of the most visited tourist
destinations, this dedicated bunch of folks were busy hunting for pain points
of mobile users in India. We met a number of foreigners in Goa who were having
a tough time with their mobile devices. Matt, who came to Goa from Portugal on
a weeklong trip, was facing network issued because his device was locked with
one of the operators in Portugal. Similar was the case with Lisa, who was in
India from one month and in Goa from a week. We understood their pain points
and one of our team members helped them to rescue the issue.
Republic
Day celebration in India triggers a huge adrenaline rush in most of us and this
year was not an exception. The entire nation was drenched in patriotism a week
before the event. The day brought immense delight amongst the citizens of India
not only because president Obama visited the nation but also because 26th
January was a Monday. This meant a long weekend for everyone in India including
for our team at Sarf Trading. Our team, at Sarf Trading, has been toiling hard
to bring the latest in mobile technology to enthusiasts in India and it was
their turn to be out over an extended weekend.
Sarf Trading has come across recurring issues of purchase of locked phones from online sellers in India. Sometimes the device would never work or at times it will face connectivity issues. Not only this, occurrence of shipping dummy phones marketed by sellers with breakthrough pricing has also come into light. Sarf Trading is however, a trusted seller of unlocked mobile phones in India. We make sure that every device that we sell online is either unlocked or jail broken so that none of our customers face issue of operator connectivity on the devices purchased from us. We import only genuine unlocked smartphones in India of known brands like – Apple, Sony, Samsung, HTC, Blackberry etc- For utmost customer satisfaction, we import completely unused devices with their original packing.
